TFC Hades H-03 Cerberus Review

This time, we will be looking at the 3rd robot of TFC Hades H-03 Cerberus, which is TFC interpretation of Jallguar, with its jaguar-form breastforce.
Part of the Hades (Liokaiser) combiner, H-03 Cerberus will form as the waist and thigh of Hades
I have reviewed the TFC H-01 Minos and TFC H-02 Thanatos before.

To me, the make or break of any combiner lies in how strong/solid the torso and waist would bewhen combined. If the torso and waist can hold the weight then we have a very good chance that the combined mode will be able to stand on its own.

TFC Hercules, TFC Uranos, TFC Ares, are all suffer from the weak torso and waist area. Hence, this robot is very critical for Hades combined-form as this will be the part for waist and joint connections for both legs and im hope the ratchet will be strong enough to support all 6 members when combined.

Packaging
Just like before, each of the TFC Hades members come with a sturdy packaging box, and the robot is kept securely inside regular styrofoam. It also come with the standard instruction manual and a bio card. Until now, i do not bother looking or referring to the manual anymore, because the instruction is not friendly at all.
We also received the breast force figure inside the box. This time the breastforce is the Jaguar (that can be transformed to a gun as well)

Presentation
No issue on the plastic material on this robot, and the build quality is good. Cerberus is a bit shorter than the rest of the robot, and i personally think that Cerberus proportion is wider and slimmer if looking from the side of the robot.
The paint break up of translucent red, black and white matches and mixed perfectly and i have no issue there. However, i wonder on why they make the robot's hand color translucent red?
I like the robot look and feel here, no complains, except for small issues such as the wheel placement on the arms and legs.

Transformation
Cerberus transform into a rocket launcher buggy.
The transformation for Cerberus is the simplest compared with Minos and Thanatos. There is also not much of clearance issue this time around.
To me, the transformation of the leg parts is a bit lazy, as you just need to fold the lower leg up and you will be done.

Cerberus will form the waist of Hades, and all i can say is that, i think the combined mode (when it's all said and done) will be able to hold and stand on its own, thanks to the very strong ratchet on the legs.
Transforming to a combined mode is also a breeze and simple.

Articulation
We do have a strong ratchet on the leg here.
The articulation is very limited and hindered by the presence of the wheel (for alt mode) especially in the arms part.
Even though you have a strong ratchet, i found it that it was more challenging to pose for Cerberus than Minos and Thanatos.
Clearly, the ratchet is there to support the combined form rather than for cerberus individually.

My Thoughts
I have no issue for the combined mode, as i think the combined mode will serve its purpose well. I do like the strong ratchet on the legs also as it will make the combined mode more stable.
However, simplicity is the common theme here. I feel like Cerberus doesnt have the same intuitive transformations like the previous two robots before him and articulation was more limited.
As i'm committed for the combined mode, i'm still happy with what we have so far and now i can feel a bit better about what the ends result will be.
Only time will tell...and for now lets keepbour finger crossed.

Cheers,
Epen
